As 2015 comes to an end, the Employment Solutions team would like to wish you and your family a Happy Holiday Season! There are some important announcements we would like to make you aware of:
We have sent out an address verification e-mail to all employees that have worked in 2015 with a valid e-mail on file. If your address has changed, please complete the following Address Update Form.
W2s will be distributed with paychecks by January 22nd. If you do not have a paycheck, W2’s will be mailed to your current address on file.
You can always access your pay stubs and W2’s on-demand via our Employee Portal. 2015 W2’s will be ready for viewing through our Employee Portal by January 15th, 2015.

*Time cards must be faxed to 1-888-315-6608 or e-mailed to [email protected].
** Time cards must be received prior to the deadline to guarantee processing for the pay date specified.
***Time cards not received prior to the deadline are subject to a $25.00 rush processing fee and are not guaranteed to be processed for the pay date specified.
**** If your check is not picked up it will be mailed to you at the close of business on pay day. Checks that are set-up to be mailed normally will be mailed out as usual.
*****Direct Deposits will be available on the pay date specified for time sheets received prior to the deadline.
****During non-holiday weeks, Time Cards are due by 10:00 A.M. EST on Tuesdays****
