Before starting her recruiting career over 17 years ago, Natalie spent seven years in retail management preceded by her role in growing a startup software company from four to 13 employees in less than 6 months. A specialist in recruiting and staffing various positions at all levels, Natalie is particularly effective in building strong relationships with candidates and clients and has proven herself to be an effective recruiter. This critical support role involves handling high-volume inbound calls with empathy and efficiency.
