Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician for a prestigious and established manufacturing facility in the Oakland Park area . Our client has been in business for over 50 years and provides services throughout the world, manufacturing a safety mechanism used in the transportation industry. The Quality Technician will perform product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements while ensuring products meet customer and internal quality standards. Responsibilities Perform product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Review products and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Manage non-conformances (NCRs) and support corrective actions (CARs). Assist with root-cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives. Apply SPC techniques and maintain quality metrics. Operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment. Prepare quality, inspection, and testing reports. Support Quality Assurance Engineers with product testing and analysis. Qualifications Technical/trade school certificate or equivalent experience. 5+ years of quality, inspection, testing, or manufacturing experience. Experience with dimensional inspection and engineering drawings. Knowledge of SPC, NCRs, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis . Strong computer, math, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ASQ CQI/CQT certification and GD&T experience are a plus.
