What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Make high-volume outbound recruiting and sales calls in both English and Spanish
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Match qualified candidates with client job openings
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Guide candidates through onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals
- Assist with front office responsibilities as needed while delivering excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Previous staffing industry experience required
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, performance-based environment
- Confident making high-volume outbound recruiting and relationship-building calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
- ATS experience is a plus
