Before starting her recruiting career over 17 years ago, Natalie spent seven years in retail management preceded by her role in growing a startup software company from four to 13 employees in less than 6 months.  A specialist in recruiting and staffing various positions at all levels, Natalie is particularly effective in building strong relationships with candidates and clients and has proven herself to be an effective recruiter. She takes pride in the time and effort spent carefully screening candidates to ensure the right fit.  In 2019, Natalie was promoted to the Branch Manager of the Fort Lauderdale Office.   She is now involved in the day-to-day operations while still maintaining those relationships and developing new ones.   She believes that communication is the key to developing successful partnerships. Natalie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, from The Ohio State University. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
