As the Marketing Specialist, Madison oversees the development and administration of digital marketing campaigns for AimHire and Employment Solutions markets nationwide including the implementation and growth of company branding across the US. Madison supports the national sales team and the expansion of each territory by providing market research on prospective clients.
Previously, Madison led the Nashville office’s business development and recruiting and staffing solutions for companies in Nashville and beyond. She cultivated strong client partnerships by providing innovative solutions and high-quality candidates to meet unique needs and skill sets. She connected candidates to great employment opportunities that create career growth and expand their skill sets.
Madison earned her MBA in business administration and management from Eastern Kentucky University, where she also studied communication studies as an undergraduate.
