As account manager, Kim makes hiring easier for clients by providing quality candidates and offering strategic perspectives. As the liaison between clients and potential employees, she provides tailor-made solutions that benefit both sides, ensuring the needs of everybody involved are met. Fostering collaborative, trusting relationships is the key to her success and one of the many things she enjoys as account manager.
Earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, Kim started her career as an elementary school teacher and eventually transitioned into sales where she won President’s Club in her first year, and went on to earned many other sales awards. Being passionate about health and wellness, she became a brand director for a celebrity’s supplement company. Later in her career, Kim joined the nonprofit world as a volunteer manager and then as a recruiter, allowing her to make a difference to children around the world.
Kim enjoys the outdoors, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She has two sons, one a CU Boulder graduate enjoying a career in finance and one who attends CSU.
