In our Elmira Branch, Jordan Cole is a recruiter with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations. With a proven track record in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and screening, she excels in identifying top-notch candidates to meet our clients’ needs. Prior to her career in recruitment, Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree from Keuka College where she played collegiate softball. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys outdoor activities such as softball, hiking, and kayaking, and values quality time spent with her friends and family.
