With a history of consulting, staffing, and recruiting, Hailey comes to AimHire in September 2023 with a strong eye for sourcing top talent, vetting and qualifying candidates, and successfully managing the client-recruiter relationship.
Hailey most recently worked as a talent acquisition specialist with DISH Wireless, tasked with staffing their cloud teams for their O-RAN cloud native 5G project. She worked cross-functionally with teams to manage requisitions, built efficient standard operating processes, and owned the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior to DISH, Hailey worked as a technical recruiter with Telesis7 Consulting in Denver, acting as a candidate advocate and facilitating the sourcing workflow from networking and referrals, to outreach and career fairs.
In her professional recruiting career, she has found the most rewarding and heartwarming experiences have come from reuniting families spent apart while waiting for a parent or spouse to land a full-time gig.
Hailey graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. When she isn’t on the job collaborating with her team or seeking out new candidates, Hailey spends her free time cooking, hiking and thrift shopping.
