Emily is an experienced recruiter responsible for generating a pipeline of passive and active candidates seeking new career opportunities, conducting initial interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to AimHire’s account management team. Emily recruits for a variety of different disciplines, from human resources, administrative support, finance, accounting, marketing, and tech, through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building.
Prior to joining AimHire, Emily coached business owners to reach success through accountability and strategy. She also worked as a technical recruiter for a consulting company, sourcing top talent by building a network and long-term relationships with candidates – generating $1.5 million annually for the company. Emily earned her Bachelor of Education in Family and Human Services at the University of Oregon.
Emily is highly connected to the wellness space, loves to practice mindfulness and mindset work. In her free time, Emily enjoys running, music, and skiing.
