Employment Solutions is hiring Guest Experience Staff at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL! These are per diem positions, giving you the flexibility to pick up shifts based on your availability while being part of some of South Florida’s biggest live events.
Position Details
Location: Hard Rock Stadium – Miami Gardens, FL
Schedule: Hours vary depending on the event
Pay: $15/hour
Position Type: Per Diem
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check tickets at entry points
- Direct attendees to seating and event areas
- Answer guest questions and provide helpful information
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Follow event and stadium safety procedures
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Can stand and walk for the full duration of your shift
- Are comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Speak and understand English
- Are reliable and punctual
- Previous customer service, hospitality, event, or stadium experience is a plus, but not required
