Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a local food manufacturing team on the overnight shift. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging machinery
Maintain consistent production output while meeting established quality, food-safety, and efficiency standards
Inspect products and packaging for quality concerns, defects, or inconsistencies
Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to identify and address operating issues
Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, production issues, and quality deviations to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance team
Complete required production, quality, sanitation, and downtime documentation accurately
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices, food-safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and company policies
Keep work areas, equipment, and surrounding production spaces clean and organized
Assist with product changeovers, machine cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities as assigned
Safely handle raw materials, finished products, packaging supplies, and production waste.
Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, sanitation, warehouse, and maintenance teams
Follow all workplace safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment
Prior machine operation experience
Previous experience in a food manufacturing, food processing, beverage, bakery, packaging, or similar regulated production environment is preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to recognize machine or product issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, changing temperatures, moisture, food odors, and moving equipment.
This position works 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Work 2 consecutive days
Off 2 consecutive days
Work 3 consecutive days
