Material Handler

Employment Solutions is hiring!

This position is responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring production areas have the materials they need to stay on schedule.

Location: Danbury, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $20+/hour
Assignment: Temporary, approximately 3 months

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and ERP updates
• Deliver raw materials and components to production areas in a timely manner
• Maintain proper material levels at workstations to prevent production delays
• Assist with receiving and shipping activities
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable operating material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
