Warehouse/Material Handler – Leland, NC

Pay: $17–$18/hr
Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday – Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Material Handler to support receiving, stocking, and transferring materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires forklift operation and involves assisting with inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials; document discrepancies.

• Transfer materials within SAP from the Main Warehouse to Production.

• Load and unload trucks and move products using forklifts, overhead crane, and pallet trucks.

• Stock materials safely in designated areas and assist with cycle counts.

• Support daily 6S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse or material-handling experience.

• Forklift certification and experience required (reach forklift, stand-up counterbalance).

• Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages).

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication skills.
