Warehouse Associate

Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay: $17.00 per hour (approximately $1,360 gross for an 80-hour biweekly pay period)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7 AM. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours and end when the day’s work is complete.

Employment Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a non-alcoholic beverage distribution facility in Wilmington. You’ll pick and stage orders, load and unload products, and help keep daily deliveries on track. This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Pick orders accurately using order sheets and stage products for delivery.

• Load and unload trucks while handling products safely.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.

• Follow safety procedures and assist the team as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Warehouse or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds repeatedly and stay on your feet throughout the shift.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working at a steady pace.

Forklift experience is not required.
