Janitor

Employment Solutions is hiring a dependable Janitor / Light Maintenance Worker for a client located in Miami Gardens. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while assisting with light painting and general maintenance tasks.

***Must be bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish***

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces.
• Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Perform light painting and touch-up work as needed.
• Assist with basic building and facility maintenance.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs when needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies and maintenance areas organized.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Follow all company safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Assist with general facility upkeep as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred.
• Light painting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Position Details

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
