Delivery Driver - WI

We are seeking an experienced Non CDL Delivery Driver to support deliveries out of Fond Du Lac. This role is ideal for someone with reliable transportation and experience managing multi-stop routes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - until done (Typically a 10 hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and unload products in your own truck
• Complete and manage delivery documentation to ensure timely and accurate service
• Provide strong communication and customer service during deliveries
• Accurately handle CODs and delivery manifests
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
• Independently resolve routine delivery issues with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety guidelines; Hazmat knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

• Class D license 
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior delivery and multi-stop route experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Valid DOT medical card
• Ability to become OSHA certified in Hazmat-related areas (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Employees must be comfortable handling materials and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
