Delivery Driver – Beverage Distribution

Location: Hardeeville, SC
Pay: $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM start | Typically 8–10 hour shifts | No weekends

Employment Solutions is hiring a dependable Delivery Driver for a beverage distribution team in Hardeeville. You’ll follow a local delivery route, unload and stock products, and help ensure customers receive accurate orders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys early mornings, physical work, and a consistent weekday schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver beverage products along an assigned route.
• Unload products and stock shelves or designated delivery areas.
• Collect and document returns, damaged products, pallets, shells, and flats.
• Complete customer check-in procedures and verify delivery paperwork.
• Communicate delivery issues and customer concerns to the sales and delivery teams.
• Keep the vehicle and work areas clean and follow safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

• A valid Class C or D driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs and occasionally move 100+ lbs with equipment.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Experience with handheld delivery software is helpful; Encompass experience is a plus.
