Warehouse CSR – First Shift

Location: Painted Post, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire

Employment Solutions is hiring immediately for a Warehouse CSR in Painted Post, NY!

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position works closely with customers, trucking companies, warehouse personnel, and supervisors to coordinate shipments and maintain accurate inventory information.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate finished goods shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate daily with customers regarding shipments and scheduling.
• Communicate with trucking companies to coordinate transportation and shipment schedules.
• Use computer systems and warehouse management software to schedule shipments and manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and customer information.
• Schedule inventory according to FIFO (First In, First Out) requirements.
• Notify customers of shipment issues, delays, or scheduling changes.
• Follow established procedures for shipments and inventory depletions.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Follow company Quality Management System (QMS) and standard operating procedures.
• Work alongside experienced CSR team members while learning the position.

• Strong computer skills – must be comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, inventory, or customer service experience is a plus.
