Machine Operator

Employment Solutions is hiring Machine Operators in Marlborough, CT! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday day shift working in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.

• Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Marlborough, CT

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Remove and handle molded plastic parts
• Perform visual quality checks for defects
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Plastics or injection molding experience a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
