Remote Opportunity - Revit Designer

We are seeking a Revit Designer to work for our client - this is a remote position!

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000/year

You will develop clear, coordinated digital models and construction documents. You will use building information modeling (BIM) tools and computer-aided design (CAD) software to support projects from early design through documentation. Your impact: Accurate models and drawings help project teams coordinate design decisions and give construction teams reliable information.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Revit models, drawings, schematics, and construction detail documentation.
• Produce 2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling; coordinate design information with project stakeholders.
• Review drawings for building code analysis and building code compliance.
• Support engineering CAD design and organize project files for clear, consistent documentation.
• Use relevant visualization and design tools to communicate concepts and review options.

Requirements

• Experience with Revit and CAD software; construction experience and knowledge of construction documentation are valuable.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) tools, drafting, 3D modeling software, and building codes.
• Skills in SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, or SolidWorks are welcome; not every tool is required.
• Graphic design or 2D animation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate design information clearly.
