Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with general building and facility maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance or handyman experience who enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic painting and touch-up work

• Complete minor sheetrock repairs

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility

• Escort inspectors during code inspections as needed

• Help with general maintenance tasks throughout the facility

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs.

• Ability to regularly walk and climb stairs

• Comfortable performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience is a plus
