Custodian
Employment Solutions is hiring reliable, hardworking Custodial Team Members for two full-time openings serving commercial job sites in the Southern Tier Region. Candidates should be dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to maintaining clean, safe, professional environments.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shifts: Day shift & night shift available!
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Location: Southern Tier Region
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned commercial facilities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas
- Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other designated spaces
- Removing trash and replenishing cleaning and restroom supplies
- Sanitizing high-touch areas and ensuring organized presentation
- Following company safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Reporting maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to supervisor
- Any other duties as assigned
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid vehicle available for travel to job sites
- Must have a working cell phone for communication
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
- Must be dependable and available to work Monday through Friday schedule
