Quality Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Quality Inspector to oversee daily quality inspection operations and supervise a team of inspectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with standard inspection equipment and techniques, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high product quality standards. This role is critical in supporting manufacturing, shipping/receiving, and continuous improvement efforts.
Hours are Mon - Fri - 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of quality inspectors / packagers
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of inspection results
- Train new inspectors on tools, techniques, and quality procedures
- Work with production, engineering, and shipping to resolve quality issues
- Support incoming inspections, shipping/receiving, audits, and improvement efforts
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing quality inspection
- 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Must have background in aerospace manufacturing.
- Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Microsoft Excel knowledge a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish & English preferred
