Employment Solutions is hiring a Furniture Assembly Associate for our clients furniture company in Manchester, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with light assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and using hand tools.

What You'll Do

• • Assemble new furniture products using hand tools
• • Follow assembly instructions and ensure quality workmanship
• • Assist with organizing and preparing completed furniture
• • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and assembly team
• • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• • Previous light assembly experience required
• • Experience using basic hand tools
• • Good attention to detail
• • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• • Team-oriented attitude

Basic Requirements

• • Must be able to lift and move furniture components as needed
• • Must be able to stand for extended periods
