Machine Operator – Burgaw, NC
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday
• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays

A local production company in the Burgaw area is now hiring Machine Operators! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team with competitive pay and opportunities to grow.

We are looking to interview candidates during on-site walkthroughs at the facility
These walkthroughs will include a brief interview and a tour of the work environment. Be prepared to discuss your experience and availability.

Job Overview:
Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and running production equipment in line with established safety and quality standards. You’ll complete basic manufacturing tasks, adjust machine settings, and help maintain a smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rivet and toggle lock machines
• Complete tasks including riveting, packing, and labeling
• Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed
• Use measuring tools and hand tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make minor adjustments
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors on equipment or material needs

Requirements:

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred (0–1 year of general work experience accepted)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the full shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
