Employment Solutions is hiring a Temporary HR Manager for a manufacturing client in Mt. Pleasant, IA. This full-time, onsite assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months. We're seeking an experienced HR professional who can step in quickly and oversee daily HR operations while supporting employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and provide support to leadership.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting.
• Support employee engagement and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
