Delivery Driver – Beverage Distribution
Location: Colfax, NC
Pay: $42,000–$45,000/year (Salaried, paid bi-weekly) + Overtime Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM Start – Done (8–10 hour workday)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Specialist to join a well-established beverage distribution team in Colfax. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with steady hours, great support, and the chance to grow into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver products to local customers based on a pre-assigned route.
• Load and unload the truck, stock products, and place items on the sales floor as needed.
• Pick up empty pallets, returns, and damaged or outdated product.
• Ensure accurate check-ins using account guidelines (DSD, PO#, Military receipt, etc.).
• Merchandise product at customer locations based on the daily schedule.
• Communicate any delivery or customer issues to the sales and delivery team.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class C or D driver’s license (required)
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or similar field preferred
• Familiarity with handheld software (such as Encompass) is a plus
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with a pallet jack or cart
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions
• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, lift, and operate equipment regularly
• Moderate noise level and fast-paced environment
