We are currently hiring a Sorter for a manufacturing facility in Wilmington. This position is responsible for sorting and organizing laser-cut metal parts in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented and comfortable using computers throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Sort and organize laser-cut metal parts by order, size, and specifications
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Use computer systems to track, label, and manage production information
• Maintain organization of materials and work areas
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed correctly
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle metal parts throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

This is a full-time, first shift opportunity with steady hours and room for growth.
