Insulation Installer
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Looking to start a career in the construction industry? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join an insulation installation team! This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous construction experience is helpful but not required. Anyone willing to learn a new trade and work as part of a team is encouraged to apply.
Employees will receive hands-on training while assisting with residential and commercial insulation installation projects.
Main Responsibilities
- • Assist with insulation installation projects at residential and commercial job sites.
- • Work alongside an experienced installation crew to complete projects efficiently.
- • Perform basic carpentry and construction tasks as needed.
- • Use hand tools and equipment to complete installation work.
- • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
- • Keep accurate records of inventory, work hours, and maintenance concerns.
- • Follow all job-site safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- • Communicate professionally with team members, management, and customers.
Qualifications
- • No previous insulation experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
- • Basic construction or carpentry experience is a plus.
- • Must be comfortable using basic hand tools, including:
- • Hammer
- • Wrench
- • Measuring tape
- • Zip tool (preferred)
- • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- • Valid driver's license required.
- • Must have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- • Ability to lift 50–70 pounds.
- • Comfortable climbing ladders while carrying tools.
- • Ability to kneel, bend, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces.
- • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying temperatures, including extreme heat and cold.
- • Typical workdays are 8–10 hours.
Schedule
- • Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- • Overtime expected most weeks.
- • Must have availability between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- • Annual salary of $45,000–$50,000.
- • Weekly performance bonuses.
- • Health and dental insurance after 90 days (company pays 50%).
- • Paid holidays and paid time off available immediately.
- • 401(k) with company match after 90 days.
- • Life and supplemental insurance options.
- • Performance reviews at 3 and 6 months, then annually.
