NOW HIRING: Maintenance & Groundskeeping Associate

 Pay: $20.00/hr. 
 Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday & Friday
 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 Approximately 24hrs a week

Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance & Groundskeeping Associate who enjoys variety in their workday!

We're looking for a hands-on individual with general maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, and janitorial experience. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works independently, and can tackle a little bit of everything!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.

• Complete painting, touch-ups, patching, and basic facility improvements.

• Handle outdoor maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, landscaping, and general yard work.

• Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash.

• Assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, and handyman projects.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment safely.

• Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow and ice removal as needed.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized indoor and outdoor spaces.

• Complete additional maintenance and facility-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, janitorial services, or handyman work preferred.

• Basic knowledge of painting, repairs, and building upkeep.

• Ability to use common hand tools and maintenance equipment.

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work indoors and outdoors.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
