Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Overview:

Employment Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in Milford, CT. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials and properly secure workpieces.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and part counts.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or prior machining experience is a plus.
