Full-Time Merchandiser – Beverage Distribution

Locations: Hardeeville, SC & Savannah, GA
Openings: Two positions—one serving each area
Pay: $1,630 biweekly
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.28 per mile
Auto Allowance: $120 biweekly

Schedule

• Five days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays

• 6:00 AM start time

• Typically finish between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, depending on route completion

• Two scheduled days off during the week

About the Position

Employment Solutions is hiring dependable Full-Time Merchandisers to support beverage distribution routes in the Hardeeville, SC, and Savannah, GA, areas.

You’ll visit assigned stores to stock shelves and coolers, rotate products, and maintain attractive displays. This active, hands-on position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and building positive relationships with store personnel.

You must use your own reliable, insured vehicle to travel between assigned accounts. Mileage reimbursement and an auto allowance are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Stock and organize beverage products on shelves, in coolers, and on displays.

• Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and remove damaged or expired products.

• Build and refresh displays according to company standards.

• Move products from storage areas to the sales floor and keep back stock organized.

• Collect and organize pallets, shells, and flats as needed.

• Maintain clean, well-stocked product areas.

• Communicate inventory concerns, service needs, and account issues to the team.

• Complete your assigned route while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

• A reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance and minimum coverage of $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, walking, standing, and stocking.

• Comfort working in varying weather conditions and traveling between stores.

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team.

• Merchandising, stocking, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus.
