We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor/Shop Foreman to oversee daily production, coordinate workflow, supervise employees, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shop personnel and daily production activities.
• Schedule and prioritize work to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and scheduling.
• Support production teams and supervisors across multiple shifts.
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees.
• Work with Quality and Operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Heat treating or metal manufacturing experience is a plus.
