Employment Solutions is looking for a motivated, dependable Staffing Recruiter to join our Waverly team.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work with job seekers and local businesses while managing multiple priorities throughout the hiring and employment process.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, dependable, and works well as part of a team. Strong attendance, work ethic, communication, and follow-through are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

  • Match qualified candidates with client openings

  • Communicate with candidates and clients by phone, text, email, and in person

  • Conduct orientations and complete onboarding and pre-employment requirements

  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Manage multiple job openings and applicant pipelines

  • Build relationships with candidates, employees, and local clients

  • Assist with employee attendance and other day-to-day workforce needs

  • Visit client locations and attend recruiting events when needed

  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet recruiting and placement goals

  • Strong resume demonstrating a solid and reliable work history

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in customer service, sales, management, HR, office administration, or other people-focused roles can translate well into this position.
