Manufacturing Technician II

Employment Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II in Danbury, CT!

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a temporary assignment assembling, repairing, and refurbishing mechanical components and equipment.

Pay: $22+ per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Danbury, CT
Employment Type: Temporary

Responsibilities

• Assemble and refurbish mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and verbal directions.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic electronics or troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
