Production Department Operator — 2nd Shift

Location: Elkland, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $18.84 per hour

Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable, motivated Production team member for a well-established manufacturing client in Elkland, PA. What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

• Set up and monitor machines according to established specifications

• Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Package products for shipment or storage

• Handle and organize production materials and components

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Basic hand-tool and assembly skills

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance

• Someone interested in staying with a company long term and growing within the role

• Willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and contribute to a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfort working in a warm production environment during summer months
