Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate molding machines, assemble parts, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, trim, and assemble molded parts according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Package and label finished parts for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with material changes, basic maintenance, or machine adjustments as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in production, assembly, molding, or manufacturing preferred (training available).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed.
