General Labor/Janitor

Employment Solutions is hiring a General Labor / Janitor for a busy manufacturing facility in Farmington, CT.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Position: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties:

• Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility
• Clean production areas, equipment, and workspaces
• Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Perform other general duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, cleaning, or general labor experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work the scheduled Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift
