Now Hiring: Carpenters / Fabricators

We are looking for skilled Carpenters / Fabricators to operate a variety of equipment used to cut, shape, and finish lumber and plastic components for timber float production. This is a full-time, day shift position with strong growth potential. No travel or water-based work required.

Pay
$15–$17/hour (based on experience)

Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime on Saturdays

Work Environment
Warehouse and supply yard setting
Primarily outdoors with overhead cover
Some exposure to open-air conditions and varying weather

Key Responsibilities
Operate woodworking machines to cut, shape, and finish materials
Drill holes and cut slots, grooves, and edges
Sand lumber and fabricated parts
Inspect and verify measurements to ensure accuracy
Follow assembly instructions for modular components
Support additional tasks as needed

Requirements
Experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or fabrication
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, schedules, and safety documents
Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50–100 lbs occasionally (team lift)
