What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to provide excellent service and grow accounts.
• Engage in consultative sales to recommend tailored solutions for customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a progressive sales role (2 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse customer base with varying levels of product knowledge.
• Wholesale distribution or product application experience is a plus, but not required.
