Production Operator

Production Operator – 3rd Shift

Employment Solutions is hiring Production Operators for our client in Farmington, CT.

Pay: $19–$20/hour to start + $1/hour shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sunday–Friday
Location: Rochester, NY

We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join a busy manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Set up and change over production lines
• Monitor equipment and production processes
• Load raw materials into production equipment
• Handle and package finished products
• Use hand tools as needed
• Complete production paperwork and batch documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing basic math
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on production environment
