Warehouse Operator Specialist
Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join a growing company in the distribution and technology industry. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with ERP-based inventory tracking.
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Enter and update inventory and order data in ERP system
- Organize, store, and track inventory accurately
- Process returns and defective products
- Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Operate forklift (or willingness to become certified)
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
- Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move inventory
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
