Check Printing Processor

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Check Printing Processor for a busy insurance company located in Atlanta, GA area.  Ideal candidate will be organized, and team oriented. 
Pay Rate: $18.00
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (30 min lunch) or Mon-Fri 8:0am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Key responsibilities

• Review records to verify check mailing and disbursement instructions.
• Prepare and mail checks using standard and overnight delivery services.
• Create FedEx shipping labels and mailing labels using Microsoft Excel.
• Enter tracking information and update system records.
• Maintain check logs and balance check stock and registers daily.
• Process check requests, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Research missing or pending check requests.
• Follow established procedures and assist with other tasks as needed.

Required qualifications

• Experience: Administrative or clerical work.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills: Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
• Physical ability: Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability: Willingness to work extra hours with limited notice when needed.
• Work style: Ability to handle high volumes of transactions while following detailed instructions and minimizing errors.

Previous processing experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
