Painter - Production/Furniture

Employment Solutions is hiring a Painter for our client’s furniture manufacturing company in Manchester, CT.

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: M-F, 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Location: Manchester, CT

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Painter to spray paint office furniture components in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have commercial spray painting experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint furniture parts in a paint booth
• Perform paint prep including sanding, light metal work, and Bondo
• Mix paint tints and follow production paperwork
• Maintain paint room and supplies in a safe, organized manner
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided respirator
• Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• Commercial spray painting experience required
• Water-based wet paint experience preferred
• Auto body paint experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a production environment
