Delivery Driver

We are seeking an experienced Non CDL Delivery Driver to support deliveries in Eagan and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with reliable transportation and experience managing multi-stop routes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday at 7:00 AM (Mondays are an 8am start time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and unload products safely while maintaining an efficient delivery schedule
• Complete and manage delivery documentation to ensure timely and accurate service
• Provide strong communication and customer service during deliveries
• Accurately handle CODs and delivery manifests
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
• Independently resolve routine delivery issues with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety guidelines; Hazmat knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior delivery and multi-stop route experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Valid DOT medical card
• Ability to become OSHA certified in Hazmat-related areas (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Employees must be comfortable handling materials and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
