Location: Wilmington, NC 28401
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm

Employment Solutions is hiring a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator for a reputable metal door manufacturing facility in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a press brake machine to bend and form sheet-metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Take accurate measurements and perform quality checks throughout production
• Maintain machinery and ensure safe, efficient operation
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience operating a press brake or similar metal-fabrication equipment
• Ability to accurately read tape measures and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the shift
• Steel-toe boots required
