General Labor

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a General Laborer for a busy distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general physical labor tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading materials
• Assist with setup and cleanup of work areas
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Support warehouse, production, or event operations as required
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Work Environment:

• Indoor and/or outdoor work depending on assignment
• May involve exposure to varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
