Employment Solutions is hiring an experienced Warehouse Cherry Picker/Forklift Operator for our client’s Houston, TX location!

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour, plus overtime

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate a cherry picker and other forklifts throughout the warehouse

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced shipping environment

• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process and complete orders

• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy

• Prepare, label, and organize products for shipment

• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Assist with inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies

• Inspect products for damage or defects and report concerns to supervisors

• Support freight shipping operations as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, lifting, and material handling

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cherry picker or forklift experience is required

• Previous picking and packing experience is required

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced shipping environment

• Freight shipping experience is preferred

• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Safety-conscious approach to all warehouse tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform physical warehouse duties

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using computers, RF scanners, and completing basic data entry

• English communication skills
