Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Load, move, and remove materials and finished products as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Work with maintenance to address equipment issues and repairs.
• Clean equipment and work areas during and after each shift.
• Maintain daily records of productivity, downtime, and machine operations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, squat, stoop, and crouch.
• Work around conveyors and production equipment.
• Ability to climb and work at heights, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work in a heavy industrial environment that may be hot, cold, and noisy.
