Delivery Driver – Local Multi-Stop Routes

Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - until done with route
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Delivery Driver to join a growing distribution team in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for completing multi-stop delivery routes while safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading products.

The ideal candidate has prior delivery experience, a strong driving record, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining an established route schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload products

  • Complete multi-stop delivery routes accurately and on schedule

  • Verify and maintain delivery manifests and other required documentation

  • Accurately handle COD payments when applicable

  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Follow all federal, state, and company transportation and safety requirements

  • Identify and resolve routine delivery or route-related issues

  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Complete required safety and hazardous-materials training

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous delivery or multi-stop route experience

  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

  • Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate or ability to obtain one

  • Ability to complete OSHA-required training in Basic Hazmat, Driver-Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness

  • CDL preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation to and from the Kent facility

  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds

Physical Requirements

This position frequently requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling materials. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift and lifting products weighing up to 75 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $26.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, business needs, and geographic location.
